Writers: Charlaine Harris

I've recently just finished her "southern vampire" series and it was very good. Oh, sorry. No intro. She's a writer, Harris i mean. A remarkably good one. It's fascinating the way she brings her character to life & even better is her way of keeping you in the real world even though every word shows you're in a fairytale. Her "Harper Cornelly" series is almost just as well. She's faulty in her not-very-noticeable display of pure-fiction-in-fiction. These are those times you just start getting annoyed when an obvious point is being excluded for the sake of a good ending. Points that would definitely have been mentioned/ considered by the characters. But as I said, this is relatively unimportant n unnoticeable. Her secret (now not so secret) weapon is the expression of consise emotions in the appropriate situations. You just cannot be detached.
